Custom Products: Custom-made 3D statues are unique and made specifically for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your custom statue arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Reporting Damages: To initiate a return or exchange due to damage or incorrect item received, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Return Process: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
Refund Process:Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
In exceptional cases, refund processing may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If more than 10 working days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service immediately.
Exclusions: Custom 3D statues that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns based on customer preferences or change of mind.
